We have some important information to share with you about our policies and procedures.

If you would like to schedule a lesson or training session please contact us. Please be advised that freelance sessions (when we travel to your farm) with Lindsey generally book at least 1 week in advance, and during peak season (June - September) can book 1 month in advance.
Once a session is scheduled you may cancel at any time by notifying the staff through email, text, or voicemail. Sessions canceled with more than 1hr notice will have no fee charged. Sessions canceled within 1hr of the scheduled session will be charged at the regular rate. *Exception - if the staff is traveling more than 1 hour to your facility, then you must give minimum notice of the travel time or the full session fee will be charged. For example if the travel time is 2hrs then you must give a minimum of 2hrs cancelation notice or you will be billed at the full session rate. You will know if your facility requires additional travel time because facilities further than 40km of the home base will be quoted additional distance charges and time.
For Freelance services (when we travel to you), additional distance rates will be charged at $1/km one way, with the first 40km each way free from the staff's home. Exceptions may apply for clinics, pony parties, or if we are doing many lessons in the same area. Please contact us for an exact quote.
Partridge Horse Hill will not perform sessions in the rain or dangerous weather unless safe shelter is provided or otherwise agreed.
Partridge Horse Hill reserves the right to deny services if the situation is unsafe or unsupportive of a natural horsemanship approach.
6. Late policy: Lessons are to occur at the scheduled time. There is a 15 minute grace period in the event the staff or client are late. If the staff is more then 15 minutes late then the client can choose to reschedule the lesson or cancel the lesson at no charge. If the client is more than 15 minutes late, the client will still be charged at the regular fee and the lesson will still end at the scheduled time +15 minutes. For example, if a client's lesson is scheduled from 4pm - 5pm, and the client or staff show up 15 minutes late - the lesson begins at 4:15pm and the lesson will still run the full length of 1hr ending at 5:15pm because a 15 minute grace time is allowed. If the staff shows up after 4:15pm (more than 15 minutes late) the client can choose to continue the lesson for the full length of time, reschedule, or cancel. If the client shows up after 4:15pm (more than 15 minutes late) then the lesson will still end at 5:15pm irregardless of when the lesson actually starts, and the lesson will still be charged at the full rate.
All riders must wear helmets and appropriate footwear (footwear with heels of 1/4").
All clients are required to sign a release of liability waiver. For participants 19 and older use this form, for participants 18 and younger use this form. Participants at Partridge Horse Hill also need to complete a participant code of conduct.
Package pricing only applies if the package is paid for at the first lesson or before.
There are no refunds for services. Most services do not expire (for example lesson packages you keep until they are completed and can span many months or years if needed). We are however very flexible and usually can find something for you to exchange one service for another. For example packages of lessons can usually be exchanged to participate in PHH shows, clinics, or other events. Please contact us to see what is available to exchange any services if you are not able to use your lessons, etc as you intended.
