What Lindsey Says: “I was really impressed by this little guy at how great is ground manners and temperant are. He was so patient and kind the first time I met him and so trusting that he easily walked right on the trailer when I picked him up. I think he will turn out to be a fantastic horse”
Information: Luman was bought by Lindsey in early November 2012, and gelded in late November, 2012.

Lumen's training has gone very well and he trail rides, jumps, goes western and english! He's turned out to be such a fantastic horse!

We used Lumen in summer camp 2013 because of his calm and easy going nature. He really exceled and was amazing out on the trails and over some jumps.

He loves the game pusiance where we raise the jumps to see how high they can go - but after each jump there is a cookie :) He is very honest over the jumps and really tries hard - but he isn't super talented at jumping so we don't go higher than 2ft with him.

He was a super star in 2014 - lots of clients enjoyed his comfortable and smooth gaits. His trot and canter are lovely to sit to, and his jump is slow and reliable- although he has been known to slow down and walk a fence or two. He also got to go off property and participate in a Finesse clinic with Don Halladay - he walked off the trailer and was a super star, so calm and confident!

He has also been offsite to participate in a centered riding clinic and yet again proved to be so calm and reliable.

The hardest part to Lumen is keeping him going - otherwise he is great.

In 2015 he spent most of the summer basbysitting our yearlings offsite and just came home mid summer to take part in the final weeks of summer camp.

He came home and was amazing right away- he really impressed the coaches with how awesome he was getting back into work. He did trail riding, obstacles, and some low jumps. We found out he is super awesome at liberty because he is so connected to people.
